The receptionists were very helpful and had a good knowledge of the area and what Durango had to offer. Great hospitality, good clean facility and the rooms were good in size.

“Was a nice clean place. Staff was helpful and polite. With the exception of the breakfast crew.”
Breakfast was advertised from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. We went down around 9 am each morning. Both mornings there was very little food. Staff was putting what was out away. We did mention this to the manager however the cook refused to put out more food. He Stated he had fed the snow boarders and skiers. He was willing to cook more food if he was paid to do so by us, the customers.

Basically, the hotel did most things OK, but is not particularly brilliant at anything. Our room was quiet enough and the beds OK.
