We weren’t provided with enough towels or pillows. The bedding looked like it had been screwed up. On the first night we complained that there was no hot water. There was no internet when we checked in but we weren’t told this until we asked. The tv had an error message on that we couldn’t remove and had to ask twice for help with. The pool was closed and no mention of this either.
