Nice modernised motel with lots of facilities on site and in the room incl coffee machine and nice toiletries. Decent location right near the trolley to get into Durango.

“Great Base for Adventures”
Very roomy and clean! It was a great location for accessing the river trail for walking/biking/watching the steam train pass, taking the trolley dowtown, and getting groceries and lattes!

“Convenient and full of love”
Hotel was just great. Everything was really convenient. Nice touches like towels for spillage or plastic covers for a wet shoes. Size of a room was great, and owner was very welcoming. You can feel that it is not a chain hotel, and that was great.

“Great value”
Great value rooms when we stayed. Perhaps due to low season and renovations taking place in some of the rooms. Would have stayed longer if rooms were available but had to move next door to the Siesta Motel which wasn't as good.

Newly renovated, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Right by the big road but it wasn't noisy at all. Not fancy, but pretty good for the price!

“Clean and great value stay”
The room was nice and clean, and came with Hulu on the TV, which was lovely as we were having a quiet night in. Staff were friendly, and there was a working fridge with a microwave, plus some nice little touches like clean rags that we could use without worrying about soiling white towels. The bed was also firm. We had heard about issues with thin walls, but didn't hear much noise at all.

The receptionist was very nice and told me where to eat a good meal and what to do in the city. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

“Ideal for a brief stay”

They allow smoking on the prooerty. My neighbours smoked heavily and the smell ended up in my room.

“Quite a good choice for a short stay”
Everything really clean, a great location while passing by. Free tea and coffee at the entrance. No breakfast. Simple, but equipped with all you need. The price could have been a bit lower, since it’s kind of a motel.
