The staff were super friendly especially oksana and jorgi at reception, so helpful and friendly. Especially loved the river front location at zubizuri Bridge, excellent landmark to not get lost right between highlights of Old Town and guggenheim

“Beautiful place, well located and with great atmosphere”
Very beautiful building and surroundings. Comfortable place with great climate. Very helpful personnel. Nice room with comfortable bed. Nice, clean bathroom. Water pool available for use. Perfect location in silent area but close to city attractions, restaurants and buses.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a five‑minute walk to the town centre, yet surrounded by beautiful mountains that create a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and nicely designed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay in Durango and We can recommend it.

“Lovely hotel shame about the pool”
Hotel location and staff all great. We went at the end of May , the pool was full, it was 34C and yet they wouldn’t let us use this facility as it wasn’t summer yet !! Even asked if they could put sunbeds out but again the answer was it’s not summer yet- didn’t see any date restrictions when I booked it

“Pros : Great location, swimming pool and parking. Cons: Expensive small rooms and avoid the half board option”
Great swimming pool and location, parking is also excellent , the standard buffet breakfast is ok if it’s included in the room rate otherwise, 16euros ahead is expensive.

Location for our trip was perfect for our return . Receptionists very helpful to ensure our stay was good even tho our trip was interrupted by a breakdown . English spoken which was a god send for us .
