“Location good, room clean but old and shabby.”

Friendly staff, location close to town and big onsite private parking, however cost 8€ per night. The room was clean and the bed confy with a selection of 8 different pillows to choose from!

Outstanding hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery in the tranquil little town of Durango. Staff are lovely with excellent English. Great location to set up base to explore the area.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building in a convenient location not far from Durango's Old Town. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the room was comfortable. I was grateful when the housekeeping staff made my bed up without the duvet (it was too hot for a heavy cover) after noting that I wasn't using it.

My room was a spacious twin room that was clean, tidy, and with a fridge, which was appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well with the window open as there wasn't AC, although there was a fan. The shower was hot and powerful, and towels, etc. were clean and plenty. When I booked in, the women on reception was informative, helpful, and efficient at providing secure storage for my bicycle. Breakfast was lovely, tasty, and sustaining, and the staff member who served me was efficient and engaging. The location of the hotel is central for most things. I would stay here again.

Large, spacious twin bedroom on the first floor. Safe and secure parking for my bicycle in one of the hotels’s reception (conference?) rooms. The lady on reception was very efficient and professional with good English. Overall it was good value for money.

It was more than excellent the level of service provided, in order to make all the clients in a very relaxing and supportive, confortable and cleanning environment. The particular service provided when I arrived at midnigth was unespected and extremely appreciated. The flight was late and there was someone waiting me, and providing me a healthy fruit salad, water for the room as well as room supporting entrance. This was not to happen, as had received a key to enter. Also all the other employees were available for a late breackfast, or an expresso of excellent quality (very difficult to find in Spain, indeed), at any moment that I would need it. Excellent room, with all the confort, clean and silence for a relaxing night even for me, that was working on the area. Top Hotel, with Top Employees!

I liked the toaster for bread , and the fresh fruits and orangejuice, and the coffee was hot.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very big. The staff were absolutely outstanding, especially Marina, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We will definitely come back again.

“Motorcycling holiday”

A beautiful hotel in a lovely town. The rooms are big, tall and make one feel like gentry. The staff are very helpful and the town centre is only 2 minutes walk away. It was part of a motorcycling holiday and suited our purposes very well.
