This is a beautiful hotel. It seemed much better than our last visit. Restaurant and wait staff are awesome. You gotta love the main entrance area and bar/restaurant.

“Stay with family”
The king size rooms overlooking garden are amazing. The location is nearby historical center. Breakfast was tasty and serviced with care :) The restaurants are very well decorated. Higly recommened to visit Durango and experience this beautiful place inside out.

“The lobby, gardens and 10 minute walk to the Centro Historico, were the best features of the hotel.”
The main reception area and dinning area was very grand and impressive with a historic ambience, the gardens were lush and coffee bar was prettily tucked into a corner of the garden, the service at the coffee bar was pleasant, and the bread items served with dinner were quite tasty, as were the meat offerings. Victor, the man at the front doors welcoming guests, was very helpful, pleasant, engaged and charming.

Very beautiful hotel and grounds. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was very attentive to problems. Good location -- 10 minute walk to museums.
