“Very clean and well equipped apartment”

The property is well positioned in terms of location, close to the centrum, shops, food joints not far from the beach. The free private parking lot was very useful and made our stay very easy since we had 4 kids with us. The property is well equipped with all basic equipments we needed for our stay. Apartment was very clean and spacious for a family of 6. We really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely come back

The owner communicated well, the property is located close to bars and restaurants and the harbour is ten minutes walk. A supermarket is less than five minutes away. The property was well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. There is off-road parking though it might be a little tight if you have a people carrier. Perfect as a base for exploring the area.

Location and price

Easy access with the lockbox details being sent earlier in the day of check in with clear photos so you can recognise the front door and where to park. The apartment is exactly as the photos, and the apartment is quite spacious, apart from the bathroom but we are from the UK and understand how properties are laid out and small bathrooms are quite normal! The bathroom may be small but it is modern, with a strong shower pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is a little dated but it had all the equipment you need and was very clean. The TV was a modern smart TV so we could watch some UK stuff on apps, and it is an old building, you can feel that in the design and common areas, but I really liked the original wooden flooring. Great feature! We were staying in Dunkerque just for one night on our way back to the UK, so it was the perfect place for this. The free parking was one of the main attractions, and we really liked the no fuss stress free approach from the host - there was no long, detailed check out instructions about stripping beds, separating rubbish etc which was refreshing after having been travelling around with some very long procedures! It was around a 10 minute walk to the harbour area where there were some nice restaurants, the 3 Brasseurs was where we had dinner and a few beers and it was excellent!

Free parking, good sized rooms, lovely furnishings, large TV, large lovely dining table, comfortable bed and bedding, well equipped kitchen, good shower, great clear communication from host. It was nice that the host checked in that everything was ok too. They also provided information on the area such as how to get to the local beach etc

Excellent location, free parking in centre of town. Host extremely friendly and helpful, everything was provided and more, a home from home. Free local buses too!

The location was very central. The apartment was equipped with a coffee maker, washing machine, good-sized fridge, and towels. Free resident parking was very convenient. The host sends pictures to let you know where things are located e.g empty rubbish, park, etc. The apartment was comfortable for a family of 3 children (Ages 4 & 10) and 2 Adults. Sofa bed in the front room was handy. Smart TV is available so kids could watch English channels on Youtube :-)

Nice appartment located in the city center of Dunkirk. You can easily go walking everywhere. The free car park is also very convenient.

The location is great for parking the car in a communal but off-street area then being able to walk to wherever you need to be. I was travelling for work, so the supplied free wi-fi was a must.

Everything we needed was in the apartment, very clean and spacious.
