Check-in time was 2:00 PM, but we had to wait an additional hour because the previous guests checked out late and the room was not ready. This should not be the responsibility of arriving guests. The property expects guests to comply with check-in and check-out times, so the same standards should be maintained by the management. When we asked the receptionist for clarification, the response was simply, "I don't know." However, the management did apologize for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
