“Okay. We'd stay again as its a good spot and comfortable.”
Location was perfect for our purpose - reaching family in the vacinity and we like the space and comfort. Cobwebs and remnants of flies around the sliding door, didn't bother me - but picky people might be a bit critical

“A Lovely, Cozy Apartment Close to the City”
It was a lovely apartment—we absolutely loved it. The living area was very cozy and welcoming. All amenities were available to us, including a washing machine, and the apartment came fully equipped with all kitchen essentials. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay close to Dunedin city. It’s only about 10 minutes from the city and just 2 minutes from the highway, which makes it very convenient for exploring Dunedin

Everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. It was a home away from home. We definitely will stay there again. The location was very good for us a it was close to family and not too far from the city centre. It as far better than staying in a motel/hotel. Though the road was close there was no traffic noise.

“Lovely apartment - great value”
We stayed here for 5 nights, 3 adults. really comfortable and clean, lots of nice touches like the coffee machine. Lovely modern 2 B apartment. Close to freeway so very convenient but no noise. Close to shops. Off street parking.
