“Comfy dunners house stay”

The house was clean and tidy,spacious enough for our family,had everything we needed for a family to stay. Dunedin was not that warm this visit but house was great for warmth and hot chocolates. Close to get everywhere. Host kept in touch with updates to check in. An parking right outside was great with house in a quiet spot.

Holiday home is well stocked with everything that a family could need during a stay. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates etc that are needed. The lounge area has books, games etc and the home has good heating and easy access. The home is located about 6-7min drive from Dunedin CBD.

We like how it was close to town but hidden in a nice enclosed area, very clean with everything we needed. Tim (host) was great with communication.

For a family with young kids like ours, it was perfect - had everything we needed. Particularly having lots of heaters and electric blankets, as well as double beds in each room, made it easy and comfortable.

Home away from home

The house was centrally located to what our needs were. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Good stock of kitchen items bedding and towels. The host was super freindly and top notch communication. Street was very quiet and very little traffic. Would definitely love to stay there again

We had a great stay here, we arrived at night to the lights and heat pump turned on so it was lovely and warm. Had everything we needed and was an ideal base for our time in Dunedin with a young family. Great communication with the host too :)

Easy access into town

We were welcomed with a warm cosy house. We had everything we need, enjoyed the electric blankets. Instructions were clear and concise. We will book the venue again.

Nice house in quiet area, safe, about 5 mins drive from Dunedin central,had everything needed for pleasant stay, host was really pleasant with access instructions. Shower,bathroom and water heating all fine,nice place.

“Spacious, well equipped, but lacks warmth”

The house is spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed, from kitchen implements to towels and toilet rolls. It was a bonus to use the washing machine in the basement and hang washing outdoors on a rotary line (dryer was available too). Welcome messages received from Tim via WhatsApp as we didn't have NZ number.
