Great view. Close to the city by car plus a bus stop nearby if needed. Great suburban eateries within walking distance. Lots of great recommendations from the host for dining, sightseeing, activities etc. Good value for money. BBQ worked well. Easy off street parking.

“A warm, comfortable haven with a bird's eye view”
A totally charming property, cleverly designed and thoughtfully organised. The view was magnificent and a bonus was watching a native pigeon feeding in the front yard. Within about 10 minutes of most of the places we needed to go. Set in a private, lush garden along with an offer of local knowledge from the hosts if needed

It was just great! Such a nice little place with a huge terrace. Everything you need was there and it was warmly decorated and very clean. Definitely worth to stay here when visiting Dunedin.

“Beautiful, thankyou for everything”
Everything, Having travelled all round the south Island it was the best place we stayed. If I ever come back I would definitely stay again and will be recommending it to friends and family. Beautiful place. I loved the special tea and coffee selection nice touch.

The Tiny House was absolutely adorable! Exactly as advertised. The view was amazing. Very close to restaurants, grocery. We would definitely recommend staying here.

“Awesome tiny home!”
Awesome quirky accommodation. Kids loved the loft. Bed very comfortable and great shower pressure. Massive deck was great as we had fabulous weather. Beautiful views of hills and ocean.

“We had everything we needed at our fingertips for a very comfortable and enjoyable, close to town.”
Very quiet and comfortable little space with access to cooking facilities and BBQ. Large deck drenched in sun to sit out on to have meals and under cover area. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts phoned us on arrival to check if we had everything we needed - which was a nice touch. Close to town centre by car and to places we had to attend.

A special place to get away, tucked away amongst ferns. Great for a couple or small family. The beds were super comfy and the loft is such a fun space for children.The deck is a perfect spot to unwind and look out to the water.

“Peaceful and private”
The tiny house in the sky was conveniently located to town, and offered comfort, privacy and a tranquil outlook. The ammenities were all excellent and I especially loved the Jeds coffee bags and farm fresh milk! The host was friendly and responded promptly over my confusion with the pin!
