Well the view from the apartment was absolutely stunning! In addition this accommodation has well appointed spaces, perfect for a couple or lone traveller. Easy access on arrival with good communication from the property managers. The amenities around the area are second to none, this would have to be the best spot in Dunedin. We will definitely be back.

We booked all 3 apartments for us & friends over the weekend of my son’s wedding & it was perfect, great independence but almost interconnecting via the back deck. Very well supplied & very comfortable beds. Brilliant having all the various eateries right there and the view of the beach was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Very easy access to keys, private and very tidy. All information and instructions to the property clear and comprehensive. Found fresh farmers milk, crackers and cheese in the fridge as a welcome. Thank you! Beautiful view from bedroom and lounge. Rooftop veranda - amazing spot for quiet evening with spectacular views. Italian restaurant with great menu just downstairs. Prompt response and good communication with hosts. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Thank you!

Incredible spot on the beach! Massive rooftop terrace and a brilliantly appointed apartment with far more amenities of any air bnb I've ever stayed in. No road noise - just the sound of surf. Comfortable, friendly helpful staff - just a great all round choice. Loved it!

The location was fantastic. You couldn’t really be any closer to the beach and the views were amazing. There was a very nice touch of fresh milk and local cheese and biscuits left for us, with teas and ground coffee in the cupboard. We could have cooked comfortably in the kitchen. Every comfort was available and my Mum loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Such a lovely break for us.
