Firstly, there was excellent communication before we had we even arrived, especially regarding the parking availability. Check-in was seamless and the lovely lady who checked us in was observant and considerate. The room was fantastic, couldn't fault it. The room was well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.
