“Overall, it was a pleasant stay with thoughtful touches that made the experience feel warm and welcoming.”
The continental breakfast was a really nice touch and offered a good variety to start the day. We also appreciated having Netflix available for downtime, and the bath amenities were well stocked and convenient. These small comforts definitely added to the overall experience.

“Lovely view, handy location, great host”
What a fabulous place to stay, suited our group needs perfectly and the host was very accommodating with us. Bonus two bathrooms made such a difference. Super close to the bus stop was a bonus also. Comfortable, welcoming, and the continental breakfast touches went down a treat... for tea the first night... we were super hungry after a long day traveling 😊 thank you!

“Lovely location, pity about the cleanliness.”
The location was good for exploring Dunedin and parking was easy even in a big car. The views from the property were brilliant being in an elevated position. Large living space with 4 bedrooms and provided plenty of room and also privacy for our group of 4. Lovely outside area to relax in.

“Relax in Kenmure accommodation”
We had 4 adults needing their own space, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house allowed that for us. Great location to north, south and central Dunedin. Very comfortable beds and the complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus! We made good use of the laundry as well.

“A wonderful, convenient and cozy family-friendly house! Perfect!”
The whole house is lovely and convenient, set up for a family. There are 5 beds in the property so everyone in the family had their own space and comfortable bed to stretch out and relax. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you'd need to prepare meals. There's a convenient laundry and a lovely back garden to sit in. The views from the lounge are wonderful, it's really nice to sit in there in the morning with a nice coffee and just look at green Dunedin.

“Awesome place to stay, well suited for the whole family”
The house is very clean, and cozy - perfect for a larger family. Our stay was only a short overnight trip but we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. It’s great having good-sized rooms, the two bathrooms, and providing breakfast was really handy too. Thanks!
