The main reason we booked this accommodation was that it was in a quiet street and it delivered really well. This home was clean and tidy, with all the amenities one would want. Another nice attraction was one could hear Kererū and tui in the trees by the house.

“Sheets were dirty with hair from multiple people, the host refused to replace them, and the stay was extremely unhygieni”
The sheets were heavily pilled, the fabric was loose, and there was a large amount of hair from multiple people. I asked the host to replace them, but he refused and told us we could leave if unhappy. It was late at night, so we had to stay using our own clothes as a barrier. We left the next day and had to change our plans. The host’s attitude was unprofessional, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. Not recommended.

We had a terrible experience. The property we booked was not cleaned at all, and the owner told us there was no available room for us. Instead, they expected us to sleep in a bed that had already been used by others. This is completely unacceptable. The service attitude was extremely poor, and the whole experience was awful. I strongly request a full refund. I don’t recommend this Terrible property to stay

“Great house in quiet street”
This is a lovely house with a good sized kitchen and living area. Fabulous outdoor deck for summer stays...it was winter however so not used this time 😀 Bed was comfortable and bathroom very new and fresh
