A lovely place to spend a few days to visit family! It had everything we needed, bar maybe another comfortable seat to chill and have morning coffees. The location is amazing, so close to everything and having a dedicated parking spot made it all the easier. Having a washing machine and clothes rack was handy too and the beds were comfy and even though we were there for a freezing weekend, we stayed toasty warm. thank you!

The host is super responsible. Changed a new heater when old one doesn’t work, and provided an air filter when I reported the whole house is smelled unhealthy.

“An excellent stay and we had a fabulous time in Dunedin.”
The location was very good and we either walked or used uber to get around. We all had very comfortable beds and slept well. The host, Julie, allowed us to drop our bags off early which was very convenient.
