“My absolute favourite place to stay in Dunedin.”
Superb accommodation, quiet, and in a very good location. A small village of shops near by, including a good supermarket. The area is good for walking, and there are buses into the city nearby, if hills are not your thing.

“Stayed here with my daughter for her graduation. It was 5 minutes from town as we hired a car.”
It was clean, cosy, loved the decor, well equipped kitchen. Lovely little lounge. The flat was unlocked and keys left on dining table. All instructions to enter etc were sent prior to visit and were clear and thorough.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was warm and comfortable and a nice little apartment to come and stay for a few days. We did have a problem with a beeper going off three times in the night but the owners were very responsive in replied almost instantly even in the middle of the night to text on how to turn it off which was obviously an electrical fault and I'm sure they've had it fixed but that's just one of those unfortunate things and we can't really mark them down for that because service was 100%

Lovely Apartment and furnishings warm and had everything needed available. It was very easy to get to Mercy Hospital so made for a comfortable stress free stay close to Mercy. Thank you very much I will recommend this to others.
