“Dunedins most fun mansion”
We love this place, it works perfect for our group. Crossing our fingers it remains available as a holiday rental. There’s nowhere else in Dunedin as unique and suitable for groups. The bathtubs and views are our favourite

“Very dissapointing we left it far cleaner than when we arrived”
Nothing was as advertised, property in a state of disrepair, demolition in driveway, lawn tractor at front door, boat in turnaround. Pool etc. Not operable or accessable

This is house is such a hidden gem (low-key hope it doesn’t get too popular cause we love it) it’s perfect for impressing friends/family. The property is very unique and quirky. I don’t believe Dunedin has any other accommodations like this one. This was our 4th time and we will definitely be back!

Tidy, well appointed and massive home. Indoor pool and sauna is a great bonus. Large family lounge area upstairs is perfect for bigger groups. Fantastic views of Dunedin Harbour.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend. Had my 2 children + sisters 3 children and they had such an amazing time. Between the Pool, Sauna, Games Room was so much to choose from. The view was outstanding combined with amazing decor and ammnenities, would stay again in a heartbeat.
