Family of seven and we loved the house. Close to the beach but weather no good. Everyone slept well and beds were all comfortable. The house was clean tidy and the lawn was freshly mowed. Very happy.

“Handy location out of the city centre. Has all that you need for a short or extended stay.”
Spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had all required utensils and appointments. Although a little old in build, inside was found to be looked after. Plaster work on ceilings is nice.

Lovely house with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Kitchen with everything needed and easy to get to all the attractions we visited. Only 10 minutes from downtown Dunedin.

Gorgeous refurbished villa with plenty of heating for a Dunedin winter. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable satay and gas hot water means everyone gets a lovely hot shower

Wonderful home. Immaculate in cleanliness and fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable beds, bedding, and bedrooms. Excellent bathroom and shower. Kitchen immaculate and spacious, with nice fittings and appliances. Excellent lighting throughout.

Everything! The best place to spend time on a nice city. Big rooms, comfortable living room, big kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, huge TV.
