One of the only spots to stay at St Clair. Have stayed here many times. Staff are always pleasant and rooms and very large and clean. The whole complex is dated and tired and showing its age...bit still recommend staying. You're on the beach in seconds!

Look, you're not going to please everyone with the bed ... my daughter said it was like sleeping on a cloud. So quiet and such a spacious room. My new favourite place to stay. Loved the night life around the corner.

The Luxury Ocean View Room offers views over the Otago coastline and St Clair Beach, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. There is a bathroom with a spa bath with separate shower, bathrobes and locally-made toiletries. Laundry and kitchen facilities are provided.
Executive Room
The spacious Executive Rooms are furnished with a lounge area, which opens onto a private balcony offering views of the surrounding St Clair area. There is a king-sized bed and a private bathroom featuring a separate shower and bath. There is an LCD TV with satellite channels with satellite channels and free WiFi.
Executive Studio with Ocean View
This studio is situated on the 1st and 2nd floors. It boasts a stunning oceanfront view. There is a super king bed with an array of designer pillows and custom designed mattress toppers, an LCD TV with a range of satellite channels and an alarm clock, hairdryers and ironing facilities. Kitchenette facilities include a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and a kettle. Please note that 2 of the Executive Studios with Ocean View do not have a balcony but have a standard bathroom with a shower only. The other 2 have a balcony and a disability access bathroom. Rooms will be allocated per availability.
Premier Studio with Ocean View
These studios feature beach views. It comes equipped with a king-sized bed. The rooms overlook Dunedin toward the city and allow you to watch the peninsula, Esplanade local surf scene and sunrises. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. A range of satellite channels are available on the LCD TV.
