At our request, the staff member on duty allowed us to come earlier in day to drop off our belongings, which meant due to sporting commitments we could do this in daylight rather than after which would of been in the dark. Appreciated 👏

Immaculately clean!! My five year old was absolutely thrilled for waffles for breakfast that was left for us. Made her weekend extra special! Staff were so lovely and accommodating.

We have been coming to Dunedin since 2022 and at least twice a year. We have chosen to stay here every time as it’s very clean, comfortable and easy access to where we want to go. We walk to the Octagon area too. Vanessa was very helpful and lovely. Thank you team.

“This is the fourth time I have stayed and I really appreciate the convenience having a small room off the main room.”
It was near the university and we were able to have an adult son in his own room. There are useful amnesties and a convenience store over the road which was great. I like the character and the feel of it being a house. The electric blanket was much appreciated now it is almost winter.

“One of our nicest stays in New Zealand!”
Vanessa, who does everything in the hotel, including helping us carry our bags upstairs was wonderful. Our room was lovely. Comfy, cozy, crisp bedding and clean. Would happily recommend a stay in this historic building.
