“Perfect for a family”
Great location in central city up the hill. Short walk to university and central city. Apartment photos did not do this place justice!!! Was really comfortable, warm and quiet. Had everything you needed. Didn’t see any staff during our stay.

“Perfect for a Dunedin trip”
Our apartment was warm, spotlessly clean and with comfortable bed and all amenities needed. We liked the self check in. We met the owner, she was very nice.

“Home away from home.”
This property is a hidden gem. Host was excellent. From meeting us to helping make our stay so comfortable. So lovely. Clean, tidy, and so stocked up with teas, coffee and a treat of chocolate. Everything we needed was there. It's one of the most comfortable units we have stayed at. Highly recommend

The host was very welcoming and responsive. She let us check in early as we had 2 young children, and went to get a high chair for us when we asked for one. The apartment was warm with heating throughout. It was clean and had everything we needed for a cosy stay. Would definitely return and recommend this place to everyone.
