The location was excellent for our needs, only minutes from the function venue. Warm, clean and comfortable with easy check in. Great off street parking. In a really quiet location.

Every corner of the house is decorated with purpose, and has a open area for morning breakfast to chill at. The beds are clean, comfy, and even the windows are spotless in the main sleeping room. The water pressure and overall showering experience was really great too.

Beautiful Home! The Unit had 2 large rooms, kitchen and well equipped. The gardens were amazing to look out on too! Easy access and communication was great!

This is a beautiful property - the room is spacious and immaculate, and the garden is stunning. Chris and Julia are incredibly welcoming and hospitable hosts.

It was such a lovely stay we had, Chris & Julia! Thank you for welcoming us with warm greetings. There was nothing we could ask for more over our stay. Bedrooms were spacious with cozy & fresh beddings and a very comfortable mattress, plus kitchenette was very well-equipped. We could have utilised things more if we were staying longer! Thank you again, and we would definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Dunedin :)

Chris and Julia are superb hosts. Communication was excellent and Chris welcomed us and made us feel very welcome. The place was spotless, gorgeously decorated and very warm and comfy. we had everything we needed and more. Even though our rooms were technically "part" of the house we felt very private and secluded and therefore comfortable to come and go as needed. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Dunedin, if available.

Thank you to Chris and Julia for the warm hospitality. During a long journey, staying here felt just like coming home. Chris and Julia are incredibly friendly, and both the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. It was a wonderful accommodation experience.
