This is a stunning, historic apartment with high ceilings and windows. It is full of nostalgic memorabilia celebrating the life of artist Gaynor Clayton who lived here and had a studio in the 1910s. No money has been spared renovating it to the highest quality standards. It is comfortable, secure and located in the Octagon, in the heart of the city, opposite St Paul's Cathedral, close to George Street shops and the historic railway station. Perfect in every way.

We loved the warmth of the apartment and the extra touches like the breakfast items. It was so central we had a short walk to restaurants etc but also had the facilities to cook for ourselves if we wished

Great clean apartment with lovely furnishings and very well equipped with breakfast staples being an added bonus. Nice amount of living space for two couples and very quiet. Excellent location for visiting all central Dunedin by walking.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as provisions for breakfast and fruit. Even ingredients for a cocktail. The location was very central and a bonus parking on site. A memorable stay and highly recommended.
