Beechwood Motel offers self-catering accommodation with free onsite parking, only 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Dunedin. “Excellent accommodation in Dunedin”
The hosts were so welcoming and friendly very informative! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented with kitchen utensils supplied. Location is a 20 min walk from Dunedin town. We stayed 2 nights and noise was not an issue. Great stay! Will be back!

Great service, the owners are very friendly. We arrived a bit late for check-in, but the lady owner patiently waited for us, handed over the key and took the time to suggest places to visit in Dunedin. Excellent service overall. Strongly recommend to my friend and family about his place.

This little motel was a real gem. The apartment was spacious, super clean and modern, with everything needed for our three day stay. Our hosts Mackey and Dion were amazing. So helpful and friendly. Dion even drove us into town for one of our day trip adventures. High recommend.
