“Average accommodation for the money!”
Had to check myself in. The room was inadequately furnished with a table in the corner but no chair there. The duvet also looked like it had been washed incorrectly as the filling was bunched up.

Was very close to a Woolworths supermarket and great sushi. Everything we needed close by. Though the property was on a busy roundabout the noise was minimal

“Handy location”
We love staying here when we come to Dunedin. Its handy location is great, the girls have a seperate bedroom with a tv, and we love the king sized bed for us. Great off street parking too. Friendly owners.
