"The staff and management were warm and accommodating throughout our stay. The room offered excellent value, with thoughtfully arranged furnishings and comfortable bedding that made for a restful experience. The washrooms were spotless and well-maintained. That said, the property could benefit from some upkeep, and we noticed a noticeable presence of homeless individuals around the premises, which may be a consideration for some guests. Unfortunately located in Duncan which has a large amount of homeless/drug users, and in one of less desirable areas; disturbed at 4 a.m. by someone saying she knew me & wanted to visit 😳 . An older facility with no sound proofing from room above.
