The lobby smells like mold. Breakfast was just okay. Front desk personnel were nice but the restaurant personnel were a bit like ’karenderia’ level service.

The single biggest problem was the bathroom floor. It’s a beautiful tile flooring but when wet (and especially soapy in the shower) it’s a safety hazard. It can be alleviated by purchasing plastic mats that are relatively inexpensive.

“Poor”
The location was average and the beds are the worst I have ever slept on. The hotel had an our booking but as we had not paid and booked though booking.com the had given our room away and had to spend an hour rearranging it. The view from our room was directly into a staff room and we were awoken to pit and pans being bashed.

The rooms are very clean and big. They have a very practical welcome/hygiene kit that is very useful. The parking lot is very big and safe. The guards are effecient and on watch. The lobby is cozy and clean and the restaurant. The color coordination of the furnitures are relaxing and cool to the eyes.

Good location, you only needs to walk 10 to 15 minutes to Robinson Palace and Ceres bus terminal. Staff is really helpful.
