“Rustic Ambience”

The staff are polite and friendly and very accomodating, i love how the place have been designed where it incorporates the infrastructure into the nature giving the place its rustic feel and overall homie ambience. Time well spent.

The environment is fabulous, stunning waterfalls and lush greenery. The accommodation was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place, surrounded by waterfalls. It is a heaven for nature lovers. You can enjoy a dip in the cool waterfall or go to the hot springs (only 10 min walk). There is a nice local restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also have a drink at the bar and enjoy the view. The staff are really friendly, willing to assist with anything they could. They are very helpful and nice and would do anything to make your trip unforgettable. I’ve noticed that on booking.com is stated that the property doesn’t have WiFi but I was nicely surprised to see that there was WiFi.

“Family vacation at the falls”

We had a great stay at the falls, mostly because of the friendly and very accomodating staff. They did their best to make us feel comfortable at any time and provided help and support for going to the city or doing some tours around the place. Worth mentioning that this place is a typical daily hideout for locals and tourist. It is a famous spot around dumaguete and many tours are passing through, which makes the place quite crowded especially In the weekends. This is not the typical place to stay for a longer period of time but for us it was perfect because we wanted to rest and relax, which we did.

the unique bedroom which has natural rock inside it. the room was facing the waterfalls. the location is quite far from the city and Valencia town so public transport is scarce, you need to arrange a special trip or hire a car to get there. its still worth the trip to see the 2 waterfalls plus the swimming pools.
