The location is secure with free parking and 24/7 security guards. The rooms are satisfactory. The staff is also accommodating she helped us book a trip for a day tour to visit famous spots in Valencia. I would definitely recommend this place.

The beds are reasonably comfortable. The aircon unit is a typical noisy one but it gets the job done. The nearest mall is about a kilometer away, so having your own transportation is important. The staff was able to recommend me a nearby scooter rental company and call them for me.
