the location was really convenient - near the city's bigger mall and there was a 7/11 next to it; value for money; good water pressure in the shower; staff were quite helpful and polite; the security guards were helpful and helped us get a pedicab; airconditioning was working well

Very clean. Staff responsive and friendly. Great breakfast (loved the bacon!). Location excellent. ATM, 7-11 next door. Security outside. Robinson Mall steps away. .And transportation hubs 5min away.

Room was clean, you have a boiling machine and the bed is comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly, we asked for a taxi service but upon calling the price was truly outrageous, he asked us 1 800 php to go to Malatapay (30mn ride). We ended up going with the bus 120 pax. (The bus terminal is at 3mn from the hotel!)
