Our stay at Florentina Homes was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Dumaguete. The place truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like something out of a fairytale, with its charming atmosphere and beautiful decor. The front desk and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they made our trip so much smoother with their helpful service. The property is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to go shopping or explore the area. We also really enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool, as well as the complimentary airport and port transfers. Another plus was being able to book tours directly through them—we arranged our trips to see the dolphins in Bais and the whale sharks, which was incredibly convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the entire team at Florentina Homes for making our honeymoon so special!

“Love this place!”
I was so impressed with the value for money & loved the theme of the place. My room was spacious & had everything I needed including a nice view onto the courtyard below. The onsite café/restaurant has great food & is very reasonably priced. The staff were professional & helpful. I would recommend staying here & I would love to stay again one day.

“Favourite place to stay in Dumaguete!”
Really enjoyed our stay at Florentina Homes. The rooms were clean and great for the price. We ate in Gabby's Bistro and swam in the Oasis pool. I'll definitely stay again when I return to Dumaguete.

Area is OK, quite close to the airport and within walking distance to the sea and restaurants. There's restaurant and swimming pool. The staff are nice and friendly.

“Nice place overall”
The room was a good size, the restaurant next door was very handy and cheap. The pool was nice and quite when I visited. They also have a laundry service. The beds had a proper blanket and the aircon was quiet. Warm shower too which is a huge plus!

The location is very quiet and not too far from the airport. At night, it is a bit dark outside, and there is not a lot of traffic.

“Affordable, Convenient, Friendly!”
The staff were very welcoming and accommodated a later check in due to our delayed flight. The apartment called ‘Leeds’ was eclectic and cute with 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds, living room, kitchen and balcony. it was clean and well kept with room service available. There is also a lovely restaurant with coffee available and a great base for exploring Dumaguete!
