This was in the perfect location for ACE hospital. Comfortable enough room, good air conditioning, clean and presentable. No pretence. Did what I needed and great value.

+ Best low budget accommodation encountered so far in the Philippines : Real A/C (not Filipino style), large bathroom with good pressure AND hot water, toiletries, good towel, free water dispenser (reception area) + Staff was super helpful (Front desk+ Security guard) + Clean and modern building + Room is as advertised on booking (slightly narrow) + 2 Convenient stores across the street

Friendly staff, checking in and out was easy and fast. The place provides free coffee and water too so we didnt need to buy drinking water during our stay. The room we booked was nice, since it has a table, and an open closet where we can place our things.
