Location was great, close proximity to everything needed. Excellent free breakfast. Quiet. Love that there is no carpet or tub in room, just feels cleaner. Comfortable bed.

Booking.com did not give reservation to hotel. Refrigerator didn't work and had to be exchanged. Found fake fingernail at foot of bed, tape on walls, hair everywhere in bathroom, shower door was covered in vaseline(?), hair and fingerprints. Manager Alec called to room to clean. I called twice because the front desk admitted he hung up on me the first time I called. Alec did clean room and apologized. Stated he would issue a refund. No conditioner in shower. Advised front desk at check out. She told us breakfast was over, when front desk at check in told us it ended an hour later. Haven't heard from anyone or seen a refund on my credit card.

Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist was extremely and helpful. She was able to accommodate my request and ensure I was happy with my room. The lady explained everything very thoroughly. The room itself was perfect! It had all the essentials and the view of the fall trees were perfect. The breakfast in the morning had tons of options! The hotel is conveniently located as well. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great rooms and value”

Very comfortable, modern and a great location. The lobby was really nice and was sort of a hub with food and other things to buy, games, and plenty of seating. The rooms themselves were really comfortable, good amount of space and very clean. The location isn't in the heart of everything in Duluth but it's close to all the main areas making it a good place to visit from.

Breakfast was good but options are limited for pure vegan. Stay was comfort. Rooms are clean and support services are good

It was modern, not old! And clean! And it is good for our furry friends.

It had an European flavor. Simple design and yet so functional. And it is really quite there, so must have good construction and solid hallways, I slept very well, all the nights.
