We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years and it is evident that there have been management changes. It is clear there is a lack of prioritization of hotel maintenance and staff definitely are not attuned with appropriate customer service for this industry. Very sad to see and will no longer be staying here in the future.

“Disgusting and overly priced!”
The only thing that went well was that they had a room available. The whole room was disgusting and the bathroom was covered in mold so bad!

“Poorly staffed hotel with sub-par housekeeping”
Room was not acceptable: It was not clean upon arrival- floor was very dirty, linens not stocked, bathroom not clean, and overall condition not clean. We were given an interior room without any windows and it was dark and dingy- we did not know that would be the case when booking or would have never booked at this hotel. We had asked 3 times for housekeeping to come and they only came once during our stay to deliver towels- we had to go get fresh towels the other days. Completely unacceptable.

“Due to the reasons listed we cancelled our room and stayed somewhere else”
They called us to show up to check In 3 different times just to tell us our room wasn’t ready took 2 hours past check in time to get us in the room. Once arrived our ceiling was leaking carpet was soaked, toilet didnt flush drip ceiling in bathrooms was hanging and the room was generally dirty.
