“Excellent in every way”
We loved it!! You couldn't beat the location and our room had an excellent view that we loved - everyone was exceptional friendly and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel for free - everything was super great and we'd book here again!

“Perfect location to attend quilt show. Quiet room, friendly staff, nice breakfast.”
Plenty of room at breakfast for everyone to sit in multiple locations. Nice variety with staff serving hot food. Enjoyed sitting at fire pit and toasting s'mores. Beautiful location on the lake.

Everything was great. Room, staff, parking, location, breakfast options as well as wine and other adult beverages available for purchase. And whom ever checked us in places us on the third floor- away from a large hockey team staying on the first and second floors. VERY appreciative of that!

“Great place right on the lake with comfortable, clean rooms.”
Very nice, elegant hotel with nice decor. We especially enjoyed the patio and fire late into the evening. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the AC unit was efficient and quiet. Love that so much was within walking distance. The breakfast was a nice buffet with warm eggs, bacon, coffee, cereal, muffins, fruit, etc. Nicely done.

“Surprisingly comfortable for a big, busy hotel”
The staff went above and beyond. We needed to briefly rehearse a dance number and they let us use their conference room free. Very helpful. The hotel is very large and was full but in spite of being across from the gym, the room was quiet. Lots of soundproofing. We just heard Lake Superior. Could also open a window, which was nice.

Great location (our partial lake view was a beautiful panoramic view of city shoreline and most of the lake), small balcony comfortably fit two adults and two kids, clean room, great comfortable beds, baggage carts (yay!), nice simple breakfast..

“very enjoyable”
Location and parking are perfect. The breakfast was very good but wish they had hot chocolate, Duluth is always a little chilly at nite. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We have stayed there several times. Wish it was a lower price, but compared to the other hotels it was more reasonable. Its great to have the brewery next door with good food and drinks.
