“Enjoyed the weekend with the family - the house is really stunning with everything you need.”
We wanted to stay in town but with a view. The view of the dam is fantastic. The house really has everything you need and more. Just the small additional touches - this place must really be a 5 star. The fireplace was stunning and the additional games - we just had such a ball. Will definitly book here again.

“A very elevated country experience all round”
All the comforts of home in an extremely well-appointed and stylish house. Lovely details: candles, a cut-glass decanter of sherry awaiting us, very comfortable beds and bedding. Lovely kitchen. And a charming and efficient helper. Our son even caught a handsomely-sized trout in the dam! Ambassador Lodge pulled out all the stops. We felt cocooned during our stay.

The accommodation was so welcoming and we loved our stay there. The fire place inside and the enclosed patio is such a nice touch for the cold winter nights. We had an awesome stay. Nellie was also so friendly and helpful.

“Excellent but could be perfect”
Loved the bedrooms. The linen and beds are beautiful and thank goodness for the under floor heating and electric blankets. The house is stunning and the decorations to die for.

What a wonderful weekend in a stunningly decorated house, with a warm feel, and a huge fireplace. The setting on the dam was exactly as shown in the pictures on Bookin.com We were extremely surprised at the beautiful house and location

Cozy, 4 stunningly decorated bedrooms, stunning view, fireplace, electric blankets, in security complex. Full Kitchen eith everything you need. Everything and more was thought of to make our stay perfect!! 5 stars for the hosts of this house.
