Excellent value for money with comfy bed and a lovely balcony. The host was very kind and helpful (he found the best way for us to cheaply and easily reach the airport). There are food options nearby and it's a short walk to front mountain. We got a Didi to back mountain and to the panda reserve, both close by. A great experience being in a small, very local village.

The owner is very kind and the place is really lovely and peaceful. Entrance to Qingchengshan is only about 20 minutes walk, Panda valley is about 10 minutes by Didi.

Super homely and cozy stay near Mount Qingcheng. You can really relax here and enjoy the surroundings. The walk up the mountain is very beautiful. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and in the morning they cook homemade breakfast. The owner is very helpful too.

The place is charming from "in front of the location all the way to the balcony at my room". Plants and flowers, also at the balcony and an atmosphere of dedication & sincere welcome. Simple with style. Clean and very well finished with attention for details. If you like a relaxed place, outdoors and real local experiences, don't hesitate.

“Easy and hassle free.”

The owner of the guest house was very kind - due to external circumstances we were arriving at the guest house in the middle of the night, and he asked us to call him when we arrived so he could let us in. The guest house itself was so cosy and the perfect retreat after whatever day one has in the area. The owner was also very attentive to any questions and genuinely nice. Breakfast was home made, there was tea in the room and the best bed ever. I would recommend this guest house to anyone visiting that area. It is also in a very sweet lane and tastefully decorated.

“One of the best hotels we've been”

One of the best hotels we've been in China, if not the best. The owner was always extremely helpful (he even took us by car to QingChen entrance). The rooms are very cozy and well decorated, beds are great and the ambiance is really chill. Breakfast is also a plus.

“Lovely guesthouse in a peaceful location”

I really liked this guesthouse. The hosts were super friendly - they even collected me from the train station and dropped me off again. They offered to give me a lift to the Qingchengshan scenic area, but it was only a 10-minute walk and very pleasant. I loved the room. It was quite cold while I was there, but the heating worked well, and there was even an electric blanket on the bed. The balcony was very pretty, and it was great to be somewhere so peaceful and with such clean air. Breakfast was also great. The property is close to the Dujiangyan Panda Research Centre (also has red pandas), and Dujiangyan has Guanxian ancient city and the irrigation system, all worth visiting. Qingchengshan is a beautiful mountain with lots of temples and pagodas.

The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially for 2 people like us who don't speak Mandarin. He upgraded our room at no cost, as well. He helped us get to wherever we needed to go. The balcony is really beautiful as well, full of greenery, great place to drink some tea and relax.
