“Very nice owner”
The rooms were nice, the breakfast buffet very delicious but most of all the owner who was very nice and could speak many languages like German, bosnian, english, farsi, Arabic and Kurdish. So it was very easy to communicate.

Breakfast not good at all, start at 7:00 but 7:10 still not everything there they bring item by item and vey low quality food. We did not eat at the end.

Everything, We would like to thank all the staff and Ower at the Khani Hotel for an excellent stay and advise. Very friendly, good service and professional. Great location as we made it our base for 3 days even the people in this city itself where so nice to us.

“Very nice location, comfortable atmosphere and good value”
The Khani Hotel is simple, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. The staff are helpful when needed. I highly recommend it if you are travelling to Duhok on a budget.

“Great stay”
Lovely staff, great location and good breakfast. I stayed here while travelling alone as a female in Kurdistan. I felt safe and welcomed. The room was spacious and clean
