The staff are lovely, especially the counter staff and the security guard. They are very helpful and chatty. The cafe staff and service are great, food is excellent!

“worst hotel ever”
The worst hotel ever! very bad service. the room was stinky and the bathroom was a disaster! the fridge was not working. called 5 times for an extra bed and it didn’t come! we had to wait one hour at the check out for them to bring our luggage downstairs! it’s a shame to call this hotel a 5 star Rixos !
