Located 15 metres from a pebbly beach and 150 metres from the centre of Dugi Rat, Villa Toni offers an on-site supermarket, bakery and a pastry shop. Great place, great location! What we loved the most was the wonderful beach nearby, complete with changing cabins and showers. The apartment was clean and had a stunning sea view. There’s a shop and a bakery on the ground floor with delicious pastries 🥰 We stayed only one night, but we would gladly come back again ❤️

Great room with good sea view. Great location with parking, bakery, and grocery store underneath your apartment. Quite beach just across the street makes this apartment really great. In case I plan my next trip in this part of the Croatia, I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Newish amenities. Quiet at night, but stuffy.Lots of Smokey smells in corridors and in unit, wafting in and out. Comfortably firm beds. Nice balcony, except for beetles. Mini distant view of sea from the side, over neighbors home in early morning. Clean bathroom. Need your own soap and TP as dispenser doesn't work. Fridge cooled a small water bottle slightly, but noisy and it heated up the room too much. Unplugged in order to try to sleep. Parking is located nearby, but at convenience store lot. Rather busy entry. Be careful. Walk up 2-3 flights with bags to rear entrance of the property.

Close to the waterfront, easy access to to restaurants and bars also close to Split but not so crowded. There’s a bakery and a grocery store at the bottom of the building and pretty easy parking

“Nice stay close to the beach”
A nice stay in front of the public beach. The apartment is above a supermarket and a bakery. The room had a small balkony and a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay there :) Good contact with the owner :). There was no problem with the free parking across the street.

To the beach it was just across the street. The apartment was clean and spacious. Host was friendly and communication was good. In the same building is a bakery and a supermarket which is also very convenient.

Simple hotel but really clean. A bit to far to Split for our group (15Guys) Supermarket and bar just down the street. Check in went really smooth.
