Wow, wow, wow what an amazing place. We had a wonderful two nights here. Beautifully redecorated, we loved reading about the history of the house. Everything you need after a busy day drinking whisky. We stumbled across Dufftown but it really needs to be on the map as a super place to stay while visiting this area! This is a really special house, don't hesitate to book it!

Lovely quirky property over 3 floors located on the main road in Dufftown. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and good quality bedding & towels Lots of thoughtful extras - ie shower gel, kitchen roll The property has an App which contains useful information about the property and local area. Attentive hosts who are available if needed. Property has 2 bathrooms Co-op store across the road for everyday essentials Lots of lovely little walks from the front door Dufftown is a friendly,clean & well maintained town and proud of its Whisky Distillerys. If you like whisky this is an excellent place to stay!

The property was spacious, super clean, and in a great location for visiting local whiskey distilleries which was the purpose of our trip. All the rooms were great and the beds were huge!

Perfect location to see so many attractions in the area, particularly distilleries, of which there are so many! We visited The Balevnie and The Macallan Estate both of which were amazing. The local Speyside Cooperage tour was a great family visit, really interesting. We also visited Lossiemouth on the coast which is beautiful, travelled on the steam train around the Cairngorms national park and visited Aberdeen for a shopping / sightseeing day. The accommodation was incredibly clean, and so well equipped - we stay in self-catering accommodation regularly, but never have we had the amount facilities provided here, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our hosts were so helpful and informative. There is a choice of take-aways within a minute's walk and a very handy small supermarket across the road. Parking was easy and we also made use of EV chargers in the town. Absolutely loved our stay, we were all so sad to be leaving after 5 nights and will aim to visit again.

- Exceptional central location for both coast and hills - plenty of space with three large bedrooms and a great living space. - A modern, clean and very comfortable home - Easy on street parking right outside the front door - The modern kitchen and easy to use appliances - The living area was warm and cosy. - The most comfortable Kingsize bed ever! - The Smart systems for mood lighting heating and music. - The great shower. - The easy to follow information pack and welcoming friendly nature of the owners who made sure we had a great stay! - very close to the CoOp for provisions. - The honesty bar concept. (Whilst we didn’t get chance to use it, it is a great idea )

“A very smart Smart home, ideal base!”

This was the first time in a smart home for us. It was wonderful, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The house is so central and convenient, easy parking on the street outside the door, there's a shop across the street and eateries within a short stroll. Unfortunately, we were only here for 2 nights, but it would be an ideal base for longer to explore the area. The communication with the owners was excellent, helpful, considerate but not intrusive. The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped. Highly recommended!

The property is a smart house with excellent amenities. Very modern design. Nice kitchen, and has a convenience store located just in front.
