“Relaxing and very enjoying!”
The house is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. It features a large, fenced backyard, perfect for kids to play safely, along with plenty of nature just beyond the yard. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The owner is absolutely amazing—helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist if needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy time in nature, with plenty of space for children to run, play freely, or even enjoy the snow during winter. It’s the perfect spot for a safe and serene family vacation!

Great silent location ideal to stay with my dogs. The garden is large and fully fenced so the dogs can stay in the garden. Very nice outside view and surroundings. Nice host called Ivan.

If you want to have an extremely pleasant, far from city noise staying - choose Casa Maia. The house is easy to find, very clean and has literally everything you need (Wi Fi, barbecue, towels, hot water, heating, pet friendly). It is 5 min from Kabinet brewery and 12 min from Kosmaj Memorial Complex. Ivan is one of the best hosts we met. Responsive at any time, gave recommendations about what to visit, easily adjusted to our schedule and did something probably not typical for the owners on Booking - refunded us the money for the last night because, due to some private, unplanned changes, we had to cancel. Don't think - book! :)
