Our apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, with all necessary kitchen equipment, big comfortable beds and a magnificent terrace. We had a nice stay at Villa Rosa. Nice staff, best quality overall.

“Excellent and comfortable stay”
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has a hallway, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace. It has a parking space in the garage. Friendly host. The location is nice, close to centre and to the promenade by the sea, good restaurants, cafes, parks, children’s playgrounds, bus stations. Warmly recommended!

1. Location close to main bus station and Dubrovnik port. 2. Spacious apartment with a terrace (though no direct port view like in the picture). 3. Supermarkets around for groceries. 4. Well-furnished, 5. Parking space available.

“Comfortable and relaxing”
Getting in and out of the bath/shower was difficult if you had mobility issues, and quite dangerous. Also it was a hand held shower.

Located close to ferry harbour and near to various bakerys to heve fresh bread in the morning or even take breakfast at bakery.

“Perfect for a family”
Spacious apartment and huge terrace, pictures don't really show how big terrace is , full equipped with all needed. In a calm area well connected to the old town by bus. Very clean. Lots of towels. The property was very nice and gave us some tips about activities,etc, and they can organise airport transfers. She left a welcome pack. We loved our stay and enjoyed the Croatian Christmas atmosphere.

“The best view in Dubronik”
The unblocking view is superb. Convenient store just a few steps and local bus stop is within 10m. You can take the bus to The Old Town in 4 mins . Host helped keep a parking spot for us.

Great patio and plenty of room in apartment for 6. Loved the neighbourhood feel. Easy access to local grocery store and Uber pickup to visit old town. Air conditioning is good.

Fantastic balcony for outside socialising - great view, lovely at night. Four bedrooms were large and suitable for our adult family. Host kindly supplied fan for the bedroom without air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay

The accommodation is Spacious and at a spot to enjoy the views. The area was so quiet and tranquil and the owners were quick with their responses. We had everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed. The flat is fully air-conditioned bar 1 room but this wasn't too much of an issue as the ac in the living room cooled the room. There is a supermarket close by. A short walk down the cobbled steps will lead you to docks (not old town. 10 mins away via uber)
