The style- original artworks all over the place, everything very classy - except perhaps the cheese grater. (!)So many places to sit and relax in or out of the sun, beds comfy, showers spacious and powerful.

Host was amazing and made our stay very special. The villa is just beautiful and the pool was beautifully clean.

Great hosts, Mateo kindly arranged taxi transfers from/to the airport. He also supplied us with an another set of keys as we thought we’d lost a set (but we found them the following day). Amazing place and location. Many reviews have mentioned the steps and yes, there are steps from the property down the road (adjacent to the old town walls) but nothing too bad, most of the steps are once you get beyond the old town wall but there is another route into the old town that’s just on a slope rather than steps. Amazing villa in an amazing town. Will definitely be back!

“A perfect apartment on a great and central”

Everything! All the facilities and space you could wish for. And the extra touches, like fresh flowers, a full fridge and toiletries was a fantastic added bonus. All given by a very hospitable host.

On arrival we were meet by Mateo at the bottom of the stairs by the road, who guided us to the apartment and he helped carry our suitcases up the stairs (be warned, there are quite a few). The view from the garden is fantastic and to have a small private pool to cool off in was great. It is a great location just outside the Old Town Walls. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

The villa was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and the decor and attention to detail made you feel welcomed and a true home from home - fresh flowers, welcome snacks and drinks in the fridge and toiletries in every bathroom. Brilliant location a short stroll from the Old Town and the views from the terrace simply mesmerising. The pool a great addition and we even got to use this in October. Mateo was a great host - swift communication, help with our luggage and flexibility in check in/out times truly appreciated.

Host was very friendly and attentive. He was there to greet us when we arrived and kindly carried my bag up the steps to the villa. The pool was a lovely cool down after going around the Old Town and climbing all the steps. I would definitely recommend this villa when visiting Dubrovnik.

Private and spacious villa with exceptional views of Dubrovnik old town and the Mediterranean. Mateo and his friend were great hosts, helping to carry our heavy luggage the +100 stairs to the property as well as escorting our car to a parking garage and a medical center. True professionals!

Mateo was the perfect host. He met us on the street and helped us with our luggage. The villa was perfect for our family of 5. The views were beautiful, pool was perfect to cool down in, fresh flowers and supplies in fridge were very well received. Very short walk to town, lots of steps back up to villa, worth it for the view! Highly recommend for a stay in Dubrivnik.

Mateo is an absolutely fantastic host. He is helpful, very informative and very kind. We were struggling to find the property and he bumped into us and immediately helped us carry our cases. We cannot speak highly enough of him. The property was superb. Spotless and beautifully decorated.

Very spacious and had all that we needed. The best thing was the gorgeous pool as the weather was very hot. The hosts were great- helped us with our luggage and stocked the fridge with necessities and more. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Mateo’s Villa was exquisite! Where should I start, the stylish decor, the fresh flowers, the beautiful art work, the welcome wine and provisions! on top of all of that, the fabulous pool and views! We have stayed in a lot of nice places, but this is one of our favourites! Mateo and host also carried all our luggage and gave us such a warm welcome!!

The villa is a great size, all bedrooms with their own en-suite. Mateo is an awesome host and could not have been more helpful. Location provides tremendous views over the Old City and everything is a short walk away. The pool is an excellent size to sit and cool off in. The property was spotless and had everything you could need. Would highly recommend.
