Set within a quiet park in a 300-year-old summer house of the famous Croatian scientist Ruđer Bošković, Villa Anica Dubrovnik is just a-5 minute walk from the UNESCO-listed Old City of Dubrovnik. It offers air-conditioned rooms featuring a patio with sun loungers and sea views. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Combining rustic-style with modern amenities, the villa has 3 bedrooms decorated with wooden beams, each with a private bathroom. Guests can relax on sun decks or have a traditional breakfast in a private garden with a 60-metre long promenade. Various restaurants serving local and international dishes can be found just steps away, while a green market is 300 metres from the property. A children playground is located near the villa. “Great location, nice villa and friendly host”
The location is perfect, about 10 minutes walking from the old town gate and from two beautiful beaches (Dance and Sulic). The villa is gorgeous and it's in a tranquil neighbourhood (even though close to the old town). We liked the gardens, which has a great view and lots of flowers. The room is spacious and the has everything we need. The host is very friendly, kind and helpful. Bonus point, a cute cat in fjaka status all day.

Beautiful small villa tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Very quiet. Very comfortable. There are steps up but ona low gradient - a comfortable 15 minute walk from the Pile gate. Or you can walk down the road. We chose to have breakfast outside on the terrace. Mimi makes fresh orange juice from her garden. Fresh baked bread pastries and cake. Gorgeous omelette cold meats cheese. She can also recommend things to do and restaurants and bars. We also took a day out sailing with her son.

“Luxurious stay in Old Town Dubrovnik”
Beautiful, quiet and peaceful location. Wonderful host who looked after us. Clean and spacious rooms that felt luxurious. Ambient and calming for a young couple needing to relax. 10 minute walk into old town. Lots of close bus routes. Close to ocean and pebble beach. We were made to feel like family and adored the chocolates! Thank you for having us!

This villa is a beautiful oasis of calm just outside the Old Town , with a superb fragrant garden , a terrace where you can sit with yr coffee and listen to the doves . The view out to the sea and fortress and green park surrounding you was a joy each day . The hostess Mimi made it a wonderful easy stay

“Beautiful property with lovely host in ideal setting”
This is such a beautiful property situated just outside the Old Town (10 minute walk down, slightly longer up!) surrounded by beautiful parkland. Our bedroom was wonderful, full of charm and immaculately presented. Bathroom was huge and well appointed. There are terraces outside too to relax on. Maria is a lovely host, with prompt communication. We only wish we could have stayed for longer - two nights was not enough.

Very well situated, walking distance from the city walls. Note that there are stairs along the way. You need to be able to walk. There is a public parking close by, with few steps to get to the room. It is expensive (and it's more expensive to park 2 nights than 2 times one night...). Street parking in the area is theoretically free, but hard to find, there are few spots. And you cannot park right next to the apartment due to the nature of the "streets", most of which are not drivable. If you come from the airport and stay a couple of days it might be best to just come by taxi from the airport and not bother with a car (which you could rent later in your trip). Breakfast is not included but we highly recommend it: the terrace is wonderful, the owner is very kind and the breakfast is very good. You can get an omelet in addition to the pastries and so forth. This kind of place is rarely available, as people tend to know it and reserve long in advance, so if you can, grab it. There aren't many this nice and this close, which justifies the price (things are expensive here). The room we had was very spacious and comfortable, with a sea view. There are places to relax on the property, and a nice garden. The place is a haven of peace and quiet, and it's relaxing in contrast to the very busy city.

The quiet location, the roomy interior of our bedroom, the beautiful courtyard and wonderful views from the bedroom and garden. The owner was delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. She baked delicious pastries for breakfast too, when we stayed for breakfast.

“Wonderful host, relaxed , peaceful and comfortable surroundings..”
Very peaceful, comfortable, real home from home . Mimi did the most wonderful breakfast , and we felt calm and relaxed from the first minute until we sadly returned home. Everything we would want was in our room, and a couple of extras. Close to the old town via 197 steps !! It was perfect for us. Definitely be back.
