We had a wonderful stay at Stayeva II and would happily return. The apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay within Dubrovnik's Old Town. It's beautifully decorated and set within an ancient historic building just inside the city walls, giving it a real sense of character and authenticity. The location couldn't be better. You're just moments from the city walls, making early morning or evening walks incredibly easy. The Old Port is nearby too, perfect for boat trips to Lokrum or simply sitting by the water in the evening. It's also within easy walking distance of Buža Bar and the famous swimming spots through the city walls, which became some of our favourite places to relax. There are some excellent restaurants close by, including Carmen, Storia and the superb Gianni's ice cream, all just a short stroll away. The breakfast included with our stay was excellent and served only a three-minute walk away, making it a really convenient and enjoyable start to each day. Most importantly, Dube is a fantastic host — friendly, warm-hearted, welcoming and completely genuine. She gave us lots of useful information about the city, along with some great local tips and little "hacks" that helped us avoid the crowds, make the most of our time and enjoy Dubrovnik like locals rather than tourists. Nothing felt too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. While not the cheapest option in Dubrovnik, it offers outstanding value for money given the quality, character and unbeatable location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel/B&B in Croatia. The location was perfect: right in the old town, but tucked away on a quiet little street, so it felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the room got nice and dark at night, which made it easy to sleep well. The air conditioning worked very well too, which was especially welcome in the evenings. The owners were incredible — attentive, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. On our final day, we had to leave early, and they thoughtfully arranged for a breakfast box to be delivered to our room the night before. We ate it before heading to the airport, and it was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Absolutely perfect. Every simple detail has been thought of. The apartment is a welcome respite from the busy city. I am saddened it’s full upon our return. Dubravka is the best host she assisted us with all our questions. The included delicious breakfast was a welcome start to the day!

It was perfect, we loved everything about our cosy studio. Exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches. We felt at home straight away. Best coffee at the bottom of the stairs and lovely breakfast in an outdoor garden. Our generous host adjusted our booking after our flight was cancelled at the last minute. So grateful for our stay would love to come back.

Stayeva was in a perfect position in the Old Town. The owner was so helpful with everything and breakfast was delicious. Lots of steps to get there with luggage but that is typical of the Old Town. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are styled and well-maintained. In the heart of the old town, the historical sites are within walking distance. Owners care for the stayer's comfort and are friendly.

The room was wonderful and every possible thing you could need was provided. Dubravka was incredibly friendly and helpful and always there if there was anything we needed or anything we wanted to know. I cannot recommend enough.

No soap in bathrooms. No bin bags. Had to ask for remotes for aircon
