Lovely location Nike was a lovely host who gave me fresh fruit every day and a big bottle of water bed was comfortable there was tea making facilties pub and restaurants outside the room was suitable for all my needs brilliant for organised trip pickups and tours round the city

“Perfect spot, lovely host!”

Perfect spot, right next to blackwater bay (50m). Within 5 minutes you can walk into the old town. The room is in the house house of a very sweet old lady, she welcomed me with a bottle of cold coke and water, and every morning she had a piece of fruit for me. Don't even bother hanging your wet towel and swimwear yourself after a day at the beach, the lady wants to do it and doesn't accept no for an answer. It kinda feels like you're visiting your lovely grandma.

“Only if you are desperate”

There were only 2 good things about this place that I liked and they were the old lady who is very sweet and the location.

I was staying there for a few nights to go to a wedding and it was perfect for what I needed! The host was wonderful, couldn’t do enough for me! I would highly recommend

“Not actually an apartment, but great location and air con”

The location was amazing. It’s literally 3 minutes walk from the Pile gate and Old Town, and right by the water. The air conditioning was also great, which is important in the summer.

Very central. Met by mother who owns apartment, welcomed me in. Room was perfect

“Excellent location with a familiar touch”

The communication with the host was simple, the mother waited for me with the key, I even got some refreshments. The location is just fantastic, extremely central. The value for my price was excellent. Just be ready that you will get in touch with the mother of the host, who will try to help you as much as possible :-)

The location is perfect if you are joining day trips because it is a minute walk to meeting spot for these trips. The host is a very nice lady, she would give fruits and make you a freshly brewed coffee. In half-a-day, I visited most of the Old Town sights because the property is near to almost historic/tourist spots.

“Amazing location. Great hospitality”

The hospitality of the lady that hosted me, it really warmed my heart. She always gave me food, made my bed and took out the trash. I felt spoiled 😊 The location is perfect, so close to the old town and the beaches. The room had everything that I needed

“A good place for a solo traveller with a backpack”

A fridge that kept provisions really cold with a small semi freezer compartment too. Location - 2 minutes walk to Dubrovnik city walls. The lady of the house who lived next door made you feel very welcome. There was water and fruit waiting for me after my journey something that my supposed luxury apartment in Split (also booked through Booking.com) didn't deem it to be necessary.

-the host lady was a sweet grandma and did her best to make your stay comfortable -a minute walk away from the pile gate of the old city -excellent value for money -room has all basic amenities including mini fridge

“True warmth of kindness.”

The host was so nice she didn't speak English but she had the most kindness all of this stay was from the heart she brought snacks and coffee and was always happy. The location was very nice. Sure if you look at the room it's not the peak of luxury but all of this is from the heart. That's all that matters to me. I could sleep well and I felt at home.

“Lovely owner, great location”

The owner is the most cute grandma ever!! Super nice. I arrived quite late (and notified it) and she was waiting with a wonderful smile, some fruit and a pastry. She was very kind. The place is on the best location, centric and convenient, 7 min from the stop of the airport bus, 1 min to Dubrovnik Old town. Tje room is nice, a little bit old furniture but functional.

Wonderful location and Niki was so sweet and kind. I only stayed one night but everything was perfect for me.

Nike was so sweet! We did communicate successfully in polish-croatian, but english was not a huge problem for her. Room is small, bathroom as well, it is located on the ground floor but everything was just fine. It was really clean and cosy, bed was comfortable. Nike prepared all the information for me, as well as fruits, tea and she even gave me a donut in the evening :) It was a pleasure, I do recommend meeting and staying with her.

It's just a single room with ensuite in the host's apartment, with lockable door. The host is a lovely old woman, basic english. The location is fantastic, right near the entrance to the walled/old city. Wifi was good too.
