Great location - and facilities were good. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful setting. We loved the daily complementary yoga and Pilates and the teacher Nadia was amazing!

Rixos hotel is situated directly at the coast. The view is beautiful, at Lokrum island. There are all facilities available to the good rest. The hotel is in the vicinity of the old city. Just 20 minutes on foot. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We would like to mention the manager Denis, who speaks German, which was very convenient to us. He helped us to resolve our issue. What is also worth mentioning is that there are different physical activities organised for guests. I highly recommend yoga and pilates. Nadiia is a great yoga teacher, who creates a special relaxing atmosphere and helps all participants to move correctly. I enjoy each and every yoga morning. It helped me to recharge my batteries to the fullest.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and genuinely heartfelt. A special shout out goes to Deniz, who made our honeymoon unforgettable. He consistently checked in on us, made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to take care of every detail. His kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our experience. We also want to highlight Chef Ravindra, who prepared some of the best food we’ve ever had. The steak he made was honestly one of the best I’ve eaten and he even came personally during breakfast to make fresh omelettes for us. His passion and skill really showed in every dish. The hotel itself was incredible, beautifully maintained, stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, but what really made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone greeted us with smiles and genuine warmth. Deniz, Ravinda and the entire Rixos team made our honeymoon special and we’re truly grateful for their hospitality.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly, efficient and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was excellent, lots of choice with the breakfast buffet and buffet dinner. Greek restaurant was also excellent.

“A lovely end to a Cruise”
We wished we had taken a premium room, as the one we had didn't have much of a view, but that's my bad. Room was large and comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast and all meals were outstanding. Staff were friendly and efficient.
