“Wonderful stay at Penthouse Fantasia”

The apartment was exactly as described and more. Perfect location with stunning views on the roof top balcony. The apartment is extremely clean and spacious and the host is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

“Magical”

We arrived earlier than check in so asked to leave our cases in the property whilst waiting for the check in time. Arrival at the property was seamless and when I buzzed to notify our arrival, our hosts came down and carried our bags up to the property. They then told us that they had prepared the apartment and we could check in 3 hours early! The property was pristine and beautifully finished, it felt like home. But the real star of the show was the view! Spectacular doesn’t do it justice, it was magical. The walk to the old town was short. The only thing I would mention is the steps, if you don’t do steps then the apartment is not for you but then Dubrovnik wouldn’t be for you because it is all steps in the Old Town. You also would not have the spectacular view looking down on the Old Town without the steps so we didn’t mind the climb at all. The Old Town was enchanting and the cable car was directly across the road from the apartment. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Dubrovnik as a location is incredible, wherever you stay but this apartment made it extra special. It’s also much cheaper than the hotels and the well stocked shop is a few yards from the apartment. I know I’ve written an essay in this review but I could go on and still not find any negatives. I promise you, if you stay here, you won’t regret it! Dubrovnik is a place I’ll never forget.

This beautiful spacious apartment is more like a private suite in a five-star hotel. It has two terraces, one of which offers a magical view of the sea, the old town of Dubrovnik and breathtaking sunsets over sea. Perfectly clean, modern and equipped with everything you need during your stay - and even more. We especially appreciated the bathrobes. Also the owner was very kind and helpful. We'll definitely want to come back.

“Wonderful stay at Fantasia and a perfect host”

The view from one of the apartment balconies over the old city was exceptional and a delight to sit in the morning sun to have breakfast. There are two bakeries nearby plus a small supermarket. Our hostess, Kate was extremely friendly and welcoming and although we did not need anything, was always on hand if required.

Amazing views of Dubrovnik old town and a quick walk to get there. Lots of options around to eat if you don't want to go into Old Town too. Was a comfortable space for 4 adults.

Breathtaking views of old town. Easy walking distance to old town. Well equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms. The balcony got a lot of use. Loved our stay, and highly recommend. Our hosts were very helpful and lovely!

The location for the old town and the views of the old town were amazing. The apartment was well supplied and exceptionally clean. The hosts live on the ground floor below, and we're always available for help but never bothered you

The view from the balcony of Dubrovnik old town and harbour is fabulous. You could never tire of waking up to that view. Kati our host was so friendly and allowed us to check in early. We had a beautiful complimentary basket of fresh fruit plus water and beer in the fridge. The apartment is clean, very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again (and this is our fifth visit to Dubrovnik!)

“Large, clean apartment with stunning view”

Large, clean apartment perfect for a family or group of friends. The incredible view alone makes it worth booking! The owner is very kind and understanding, and we really appreciated her hospitality and the fact that she organized a parking space for us when it would have otherwise been quite difficult to park in the area. We appreciated the fruit basket and water the owner left us. Very convenient walk to the old town, with a grocery store just down the street. We would definitely book again!

Of course, the view. Wonderful. Beds comfy. All perfectly clean and v well looked after. V nice host. Location excellent for getting into town (10 min walk), beach (8 min walk) and local supermarket (3 mins). We will be back, I’m sure.
